  • Hi

I've just swapped my sim over to virgin mobile from Vodafone. I did say I wanted to keep my old number and gave you the PAC code. When will my old number be available?

Hi DorisMorris

Thanks for posting. When did you give us the PAC code please?

This link on joining us and keeping your number, should advise further on the next stages and the dates of ports 🙂

Kind regards,

Depends when you gave the PAC code.

I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media. Learn more

Hi John

My PAC code was given on 27/12/2021 but I didn't swap sims over until 7th January as that is when my contract with Vodafone ended. Still have a new number when I stated I wanted to bring across the number I had with Vodafone.

Have rang virgin mobile twice today, waited in a queue then cut off twice. Not good

Hey @DorisMorris,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.

I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your number transfer. I will be happy to take a further look into this for you but would need to ask you some account security questions via a private message to enable me to look into this further for you.

Please look out for my message and we can get started.

Regards,
