Issues logging into mobile account

I switched to virgin media last month and since then have not once been able to access my account it says that i must use my online password. If i attempt to change my password I'm told there's an issue with my email address yet I'm recieving my emails perfectly fine, not sure what to do and if theres any solutions to this.

Hi Mark97,

 

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

Just because you receive emails doesn't mean you're not registered for online account access, it's a separate registration process. You can register by clicking here.

 

When it asks you for the password it's referring to the one you use when you call us up. You would have set this up when you took the contract out with us.

I've previously tried to register as well just tried to then however after putting in my mobile number it asks for an answer to a security question which I don't recall ever setting up.
