I recently moved my mobile number to O2 from Virgin Mobile and therefore I am no longer using my Virgin SIM-Only service. I can see the most recent bill in my online account (due 28th Jan) and I have read there may be an early disconnection fee for monthly contracts. I have had the contract for over 2 years so I don't this this is likely but I'd like to be clear on that. I am also not clear whether my contract is now cancelled.
So my questions are:
1. Was my SIM-Only monthly contract cancelled when my number was moved over to O2?
2. If not, how to I cancel my SIM-Only monthly contract with Virgin?
3. Will there be an early disconnection fee? If so, how will I be notified of that and when will it be payable?
