I am getting a message saying “insufficient credit’ when i try to make some calls, even though i have unlimited calls on my account. Any help?

Hey Beech14, thank you for posting and a warm welcome to the community. I am sorry to see you are getting this message.
You would only get this message when the number you are trying to ring is not included in your monthly allowance and if the number is not in your allowance you won't be to ring it as you could have gone over your spend cap if you have one. Thanks

I am not sure how the number couldn’t be in my allowance. As I posted I supposedly have unlimited calls and it is a UK mobile number I am trying to call.

The person who you are trying to ring couldn't have gone overseas or anything?
