I amended my home address months ago after a house move. I require a bill now for proof of address and it has my address from 3 houses ago.

Thank you for confirming this, when you move because the service isn't static this is something you need to change or advise us so we can, we can more than happily change this for you however this may not appear until your next bill, you can do this by calling 789 from your Mobile or 0345 600 0789 from any other phone.
