Incorrect Billing

I recently took out a SIM only contract on the January deals that were offered with Virgin Media for a monthly tariff of £9  (4GB + 1GB, 1500mins, Unlimited texts).

Having received this SIM, I found that the mobile reception in the majority of my house was not string enough, so I contacted them to cancel the 12 month SIM only contract. I was told that this would bee no problem as I cancelled within the 14days "cooling off period" and would incur NO charge.

I have now received my monthly bill form Virgin Mobile and I have been charged £95.34 for termination of my contract.

Also, One of the other SIM only deals that I am keeping (on the same £9 tariff) has been billed for £17.50

Why can't Virgin Mobile get the information correct????

Spoke with someone who said bill would be rectified, but three days later and it hasn't been. I'm not impressed!!
