Immediate credit file amendment

hi, 
you’ve ruining people’s life. Myself and my fiancé need to get a mortgage. However, because the alleged “missing payment” of his account now we can’t, and his credit score is ruined. 

I understand that you have an email address for this but we need to be amended immediately otherwise we will lose the house that we want to buy. Please give us a direct phone line that we can call to.

I'm terribly sorry to hear of the missed payment that has been cited and has caused you this issue.

When did you E-Mail our Credit File Amendments team?

It can take approximately 6 weeks for a credit file to be updated with any corrections that need to be made.
