I phone locked

put new virgin SIM card in my I phone, get the message sim not supported.Phoned virgin, gave them my code to switch and was told it would take 24 hours. Phoned today, to be told my phone is locked ..............can someone help as customer services don’t seem to know what’s going on, not a great start to a new contract 🙁

However, if you were on a different network prior to putting in the Virgin SIM then you will need to contact them to unlock the phone

Thanks for the reply. I sorted it now, would have been helpful if I was told that by virgin customer services when I contacted them
