I need a new sim, but the 789 number is never available, how can I order a new sim

Hi I need a new sim. I have been unable to use my phone because of covid since Jan 2020. I'm on Isle of Man and so do not get connection there. I have had several sms messages saying I need a new sim, but have ben unable to respond. I'm back in UK now but all the old virgin media shops in Edinburgh have closed so I'm powerless as it's impossible to get a response on 789.

Help!

Many thanks for your quick response.

Could you possibly send it to my address in Edinburgh as I'm not at my billing address on Isle of Man until mid December.
