Please note this community is not an instant reply. 

Can you please give me a bit more info? Do you have an existing virgin mobile number with us or is the number from another provider? If the number is with us are you still in contract with us?

I've got VM pay monthly number 30 days contract. I received my Oomph sim already and I would like to transfer existing number to Oomph sim please.
