How to remove single phone number from Mobile Account
Ok, completely frustrated with VM useless help support. 150 permanently engaged.
I have two phone numbers in my VM mobile account, single monthly direct debit. I want to remove one of the numbers as no longer used, so just continue with payment of single mobile phone under the same account. How do I go about doing this? If I proceed to cancel the contract, would that not just cancel my whole account?

With removing a second number on your account you can cancel a contract for the number this doe not mean your whole account will be canceled. I have located your account and can see you have been in touch with us in regards to this
