As per Subject, I recently (almost 2 months ago) had surgery on my throat due to my larynx being permanently damaged, so unable to speak any more (sucks) - so no longer need a tariff as I am only able to use texts now, but I can do that on social media etc.

As I am unable to call in to 789, what avenues are left for me? Use webchat? Send an email?

Any info would be helpful 🙂
