How do I register an LPA for my mothers account

Hi

I have an LPA for my Mother who is a Virgin Media account holder. I have an LPA online account so can give access to Virgin Media, can you please help me get this registered on her account as without this you are refusing to cancel her mobile account when she no longer has the phone or the need for a mobile anymore.
