Trying to sign in to my mobile, to change the settings. But it won't allow me to sign in with the email address and password I used when I got the Sim. I'm thinking it's time to move on from Virgin mobile

Just to confirm, have you been access the account in the past? Also, what message is appearing when you attempt to log in with the credentials?
