Hi, this will be a bit long. I upgraded a year maybe 2 years ago. I didn't realise till fairly recently the handset loan payments havnt been coming out of my account I have only been paying for the SIM contract. I can't log in to the section in the site about it as I don't have the agreement number and the link is so confusing. How do I change it so the payments actually start coming out properly so I can upgrade eventually when it's paid off. Yes I am aware I am an idiot for not noticing 😅
