My haewai has died and is still on a paid handset but I can't access the agreement and I've brought a new handset but can't seem to change it on the phone contract.

Can you please expand on what's happened exactly? If you can let us know exactly how we can help you, we'd love to do so.
Do you just need the details to access your loan agreement? If so, you'll have received an email at the time of when you took out the contract with your agreement number and security key.

I don't have the hawaei anymore as it went for a swim, and now have a Samsung, but still paying but dont know any details of the agreement and can't log in to sort it but also how do I put the new phone on the account.

No its a 2nd hand model but I still have the purchase agreement for the old one but can't seem to claim on my house insurance as its the same sim in new phone and I can't access the credit agreement for the haewai,
