I’ve swapped from PAYG to sim only and my first direct debit was due out today. I received a text to say I’d gone over my credit limit and my account was barred. I have paid it manually but at the minute my account is still blocked. I have checked my online banking and the direct debit is there but no frequency or date has been set up which I assume is an error on your part and why the payment wasn’t taken. Do you know how long my account will be barred for and what is the best way to resolve the direct debit problem. Thanks, Vicki

I'm sorry to hear there's been an issue with your direct debits and account since changing over to a PAYM SIM.
