Had virgin mobile as a provider for twelve months for internet only, no phone line, no television costing £19 per month. Just had a bill increase to £34 a month? This is which I can get from other providers which includes a phone and and television for the same or cheaper. This cannot be justified as an approximate increase of over 40% is ridiculous
Apologies to hear you've seen an increase in your bills lately.
When there is an increase of this much it certainly sounds as though a promotional discount has ended in which case we wouldn't notify you of any increase as this will already be notified in the original sign up confirmation or contract.
