Hi Emma,

 

Im Aaron its my account this phone is under i rung virgin on 789 they said they would look into it

as my mum described all data was switched off ( i checked ) yet small amounts of data show on the account ,a few KB only yet we was charged £3 per day with no way to stop it , i think it went £43 over in the end which my mum had to pay, i have 4 mobile accounts with virgin and virgin at home as well but the customer service is nonexistent for this problem .

 

Also were not the only ones who this problem affects someone else said it maybe 4G control signals from EE if so i dont see why i should be charged for them.
