I shall properly be ending my contract with virgin mobile then maybe same with virgin media that I have, when times up They are big time cons I read the same problem as me. overcharging for data when turned off and when using home wifi Virgin arent interested Just con pensioners and others out if money they should be ashamed
Sorry to hear that. If the data is switched off on your handset then there is no way we could charge you for this, the billing information we receive is correct and comes direct from the network. If you feel this could be caused by an issue with the handset then you can go through our phone fix tool here and book your phone in for repair if needed.

I turned of my data Dec 30 th as nearly ran out But it still kept charging me until I got my new lot if data minutes etc I was home using my wifi from 30 th dec untill I paud my bill when got my new data etc I wasnt over my data on 30th Dec But kept charging me
