How can I find out my account number for my mobile
I don’t get emails monthly

i pay by direct debit

its not on my mobile bank statements

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

From what you have advised it sounds like you're trying to sign into your online account. 

If it is asking for an account number there isn't one for your Mobile account. Here is the link to sign into the Mobile account: virg.in/youracc

If you would like to update your account so you receive monthly emails for this I can assist with this.
