Since February 2020 , Virgin Media have been billing me by direct debit £7 per month, I don't know what this is for .
I am a Virgin Broadband / TV / Telephone customer and also a mobile customer but they are billed separately.
I do have a reference number for this charge but it is neither of my Media or Mobile account numbers.
Can somebody help with this issue?

Thanks to Zak for sticking with me and resolving this.
After initially not being able to find details it turns out this was a handset "loan" agreement for my wife.
I did not a copy of any agreement but Zak managed to get a copy
