Didn't receive activation email

Hello, I am trying to register my Virgin Mobile account. I got a sim today in Harvey Normans when I bought my new phone. When I enter the email address to register I don't get any activation email. I have tried numerous times. What should I do??

Harvey Normans. Was that in Belfast NI or the Republic?

Then wrong form I'm afraid. This is Virgin UK and is a separate entity to Virgin in the Republic
