I hope you can help me sort this out but my Virgin mobile contract was set to run out on the 25th of February however I didn't request a PAC in this time and I'm unable to keep my old number or access my account as its been deactivated.
Is there any way possible for me to get a PAC code now and regain my old number?
This is a big problem as I have many contacts

I am sorry to hear that you've lost your number. I can look into this on your behalf. To do this I need to send you a private message. However, I will set your expectation now, that if the SIM your number was attached to, is deactivated, we won't be able to restore the number.
