Data charges new account

Hi

Anybody know why I have data charges on my account under my spend cap when I still have data & minutes it is also coming through at 2/3/4am when my phone is on charge at home on WiFi

Sorry to hear of the unexpected charges. 

It's quite difficult to view your picture, due to the size, but I noticed it didn't itemise any charges, can you please advise me what charges it generated?

Can you tell me when you put the current spend cap in place on the account?
