Why is even paying a bill complicated with VM??😤😤

Getting letter about  a bill but the contact number is disconnected. Why even send letters when they don’t make it easy to contact. Only interested in paying customers but when u get a problem then nobody is available. Miss a payment then they call like crazy. Just want to get in touch with customer service so i can discuss my bill
