Customer Query - Mobile number

Hi,

 

I recently joined Virgin Media on a 24 monthly contract. I was issued the sim card and a new number but I wanted to use my own no instead so I provided them the code for number immigration. 

Now I want to have the number the virgin mobile issued me (that came with the sim card)

 

I would appriciate any help

If you've already ported in your number, then we wouldn't be able to get you the number that was ported over I'm afraid.
