What's the process with extra credit checks? I have always had instant decisions with other providers...what is this process about? How long am I to wait for a decision and how can I log in to check up on it as I do not have a virgin mobile number assigned yet?

I am very sorry to hear there has been some delays with your order. This usually happens when further checks are required before the order can be processed and can take up to 5 days.
