Credit agreement details

I’m trying to access my account for my credit agreement, but it’s asking me for the credit agreement number and security key. I think I took out the agreement nearly 3 years ago so I’ve no idea where I would find this info now, can anybody please help on where I can find this? Thanks 🙂
