I am looking to obtain a copy of a web chat from yesterdaty. The advisor said I would be able to get a copy when I closed the chat, however nothing came up.
I've been refreshing the chat online button for a constant 30 minutes and can't get through to anyone. I tried yesterday for an hour too, seems like a joke to me!!
