I have contacted Cancellations twice now in the first 5 days since taking out the sim only contract. I havent even activated the SIM.
22/11/18: took out a new 12 month contract,
24/11/18: called to cancel. was told a confirmation email would be received within 24 hours
26/11/18: called again to confirm cancellation, was told an email to confirm would be sent within 25 minutes, instead I received a PAC code which stated i could change my mind by just not using the PAC code.
I am yet to receive any confirmation that this cancellation has been processed and actioned.
Is it really that hard to cancel a contract for something you havent used, within the 14 day cooling off period?
