Contract Ended - you still taking money

My 2 years contract finished in October and i have just seen you are still taking money

I cant log in as it says -

We’re sorry that you are unable to log in to Your Account at the moment.

last 3 times i called - you basically put the phone down

what are my options now

Call Virgin MEDIA and lodge a official complaint, also contact Ofcom.

at the end of your contract the services will not stop they will continue until you give 30 days notice to cancel.

If you did not cancel it will carry on on a 30 day rolling contract.

the contract was mine but for my daughter. starting uni. i cancelled the contract on the phone and passed it to my daughter to take it over. but the women kept messing up so we just cancelled all together and went to tesco. the shop in town is open again i will go and see them when i get a chance

Hi mark2kooki,

 

What was the last bill amount you were charged please?

 

I'm taking a stab in the dark here but I believe it has been cancelled and the bill you are referring to is actually your final bill. This usually comes out about a month later depending on when your refresh date is and is a very small sum.
