As with many, my PAYG account has been cancelled. However contrary to Virgin's claims, I recieved no warning of this by email or other. Now Virgin say I cannot get a PAC number so I am locked out of all bank accounts. Are Virgin really this clueless? They claimed on Martin Lewis website "Virgin Mobile says you'll still be able to request a PAC from it even after its PAYG service has ended." Any help Virgin?
