Hi,
My PAYG account was down to 60p, so I ordered a new Pay monthly sim, on 11th November, I requested to keep my number and included a PAC code in my order.
My account has been set up, and I have received conformation of this, and can see my allowances, however I have yet to recieve a new sim card, or any notice that one has been sent.
My Payg sim will still receive calls, but my account page says that it has been barred.
Can you look into this please,
