Change email address to activate e billing

Hi I’ve recently got virgin internet and I’ve entered my email address in incorrectly how do I go back and change it I’ve entered the same letter in one to many times now I keep getting the same message saying an account already is open but it’s not as I can’t access the email to be able to verify my account to activate e billing ?
