Cannot make calls or texts after porting to virgin

I ported onto virgin today online, I can receive calls and texts but cannot make any

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your service. 

 

Ports can take up to 24 hours to complete from the request. Has your previous service now stopped working?

Hi, 

Yes my service on my old sim has gone, and when people call my number I've brought over it rings on my phone. Texts also are coming through, but when I try to make a call I just get an engaged ringtone, and when I try to send a text it fails.

Thanks for those details

Sadly we are unable to view any Southern Ireland accounts on here 

We only deal with UK Mainland and Northern Ireland 

You would need to use the contact methods here
