Cannot access Account

I have just Created an account on virgin mobile as I have been looking into getting a contract, I input my card details and recieved emails saying to confirm my email, then one saying 'welcome to your account' and then a following one saying 'next steps for your order' asking me to confirm additional things. I confirmed my email, then after clicking the 'Tell us more' button I was taken to a page titled 'parked' And now I am unable to log into my account as it says 'Oops somethings gone wrong'

I would Like to know why this is an issue as all of my card details are already entered and it makes me feel uneasy knowing my details are on a page I have no current control over.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issues when placing your order.

 

When it says that an order is parked, it usually means our team may need some additional details from you to continue with the order. I'd be happy to take a look at your account to see what has happened.
