How do I cancel my Virgin Mobile account without transfering to another network?

Sorry to hear you're thinking of leaving us, we appreciate you raising your query via the forums and welcome to the community.
Are you looking to just cancel the account and lose the number or are you looking to move the number to another network? Is this a contract including a handset or is it a rolling 30 day SIM Only deal?

I don't want to keep my old number and I don't want to move to another network. I just want to cancel my contract. I already have a STAC number but it seems that I can't use it unless I'm opening an account with another provider.

If you just wish to cancel you would need to speak with our Retention's team via 789/0345 600 0789 so they can process your 30 days notice.
