As above. I've got 2 mobile phone numbers with virgin mobile. I was having issues trying to find an online way of cancelling the oldest one. Which by the way I never wanted a new account. only to upgrade and when I was half way through the upgrade it gave the option of a new number which I incorrectly assumed I was getting a fresh number not new account. But after trying to find ways to get rid of the oldest number i gave up and and just cancelled the direct debit. I've since payed off the money owed and would like this account closed.
