Cancelling Sim Only contract in 14days HELP balance £209.03 ???????

Good Evening

 

Can someone from Virgin media help me

i call this evening to customer service and cancel contract.

this guy say i cancel and sim card will be disconnected in next 48 hour

And balance will be clear and £20 which i pay by direct debit will be refunded back to me.

i cancel contract in 14 days period today on 13 december 2017

i received sim on 1 december 2017

After finish call  i receive confirmation email.

 

 

and i received email :

Your request to cancel your contract with Virgin Mobile early has been successful. 
 
Your early disconnection fee of £209.03 has cleared and the 12M 4G Unlimited + Unlimited, which started on 28/11/2017 and was due to end on 27/11/2018, has been cancelled. 
 
Your 1 month cancellation period will run between the following dates: 13/12/2017 - 12/01/2018, and during this time you'll have Unlimited Minutes, Unlimited Texts, Unlimited Data to use up as you did during your contract. 
 
Please bear in mind that for usage outside of your allowance, you'll be charged at standard network rates.

i try made call to 789 again

but i unable to made call to this number because my service i suspended  ??????

 

"We sorry . You are unable to make any calls right now .That because Your service is suspended.

i login on my account to find what happen and i got

 

Sorry, you don't have enough credit to continue

Please check your current balance and pay any outstanding amount.

£209.03

this is for use outside your monthly plan and will be billed 28th Dec 2017

I GOT balance £209.03 to pay  ????????

 

Staff say card will be disconnected in 48 hour and balance is clear and £20 which i pay ready by direct debit will be refunded.

but i got this message i email :

What 1 month cancellation period ?

They say sim will be disconnected in next 48 hour

Your 14 day cooling off period technically starts at the point of order, not the point of receipt of the SIM.

You will need to talk to them to get this straightened out. Be aware you are basically relying on them accepting the start of contract as the receipt of SIM, but that is reliant on good will not any actual consumer right AFAIK.

i call today twice in the morning and afternoon.

 

They lying over the phone.

 

They say this £209.03 will be waived.

 

And £20 will be back to my account.

Give me reference number :COM102093935

 

Is still not resolved still this balance is not clear.

 

If can someone from virgin media contact me because i think i need make complaint.

This calls are recorder ?

i try made complaint by http://www.virginmedia.com/contact-us.html

but i give up because on chat are :All of our agents are currently busy. Please try again later.

I got Recommended option to call

 

i call 2 times and nothing

Yes is sorted.

 

But problem is now .

 

Service back to normal . Everything working absolutely fine.

and want to stay .

 

I call yesterday about remove canellation request but staff got problem remove this.

He send message to IT department and give me ticket number : P008446369.

They told me IT department respond in 24 hour and will be resolve.

He say if IT department dont answer before this cancellation and service will be cancel .

Told me call again and we reinstall service with this same tariff what You got "unlimited data minuutes and text".

I call today  and spoke to different staff asking this ticket number P008446369 is resolve.

he say got 48 hour to respond.

i asking him what happen if dont respond and cancellation will be made.

They say i am not sure we can offer You Your unlimited tariff but we can offer You tariff from website.

 

Who talking true ?

 

Please help
