Cancelling Rolling Contract

Hi there,

I have been trying for days now (countless phone calls) to get through to someone who can cancel my 30 day rolling contract. My family have 5 with you but don't need this one anymore. Phone number is ************ for the contract I want to cancel. The one time I got through I couldn't understand what the lady was saying on the other line. 

Please can you help.
