Hi,
Can someone guide me on how to cancel my mobile contract? I'm unable to call in and have been waiting patiently for a response from the online chat for the last hour. I'm actually out of contract on my sim so don't need to give any notice on that. I'm also not going to another provider so a STAC/PAC code isn't needed. I just need the payments to stop being taken for the mobile number. I still have 12 months left on my device plan but I'm happy for that payment to continue.
