I signed up for Virgin Mobile on 23rd August, and was less than impressed with the service. I requested my PAC on the 27th August, and moved from Virgin to Vodafone using this PAC on the 2nd September.
So my total stay with Virgin was less than 14 days, and within the cooling off period. Yet, for some reason, Virgin would like to charge me around £47 + the original £10 I had paid for the first month.
How do I get this resolved? Surely this charge is invalid, given the guarantee made by Virgin here: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-mobile-how-do-i-cancel-my-contract
