Cancelled Contract During Cool Off Period but got Charged
I took out a rolling monthly sim contract and cancelled two days later, under the 14 day cooling off period. The sim is unused and still in it's packaging. I have already phoned and been told that everything would be fine and yet this morning a DD was taken from my bank account. I refuse to phone again and be charged for a phone call. Please help!

I'm afraid that I have had no further communication from virgin. Appalling customer service! I was promised the payment that was taken by dd would be refunded. Unfortunately not. I have now cancelled the dd because I did not wish to be out of pocket again. I would appreciate a refund. I do not have a Virgin mobile so cannot phone /text to be charged again!
