Cancel Mobile Contract From Abroad

Dear Virgin Team,

I am abroad now and I want to give notice not to continue my Virgin Mobile Contract (but not the whole Virgin media ccount).

I cannot seem to be able to call any of the proposed Virgin contact numbers (I've tried them all).

How should I proceed to give notice that I do not want to continue on my current mobile contract with Virgin?

In the event your phone provider abroad cannot make calls outbound to the UK you should send a letter by post to the following UK address. Ensure that you specify it is only to stop your mobile contract:

Virgin Media, PO Box 333, Matrix Court, Swansea, Sa7 9ZJ, United Kingdom

Include a contact telephone number for yourself and the best hours to call you on it (factoring time zone differences in.)

Thank you for this, but can't I just do it online, by logging into my account.

I cannot seem to find the cancellation page inside my VIrgin Mobile when logged on.

Cancelling via the online account portal isn`t an option
