Cancel Mobile Account

i have now called 3 times to cancel my mobile account as on my online account it says both my phones are out of contract.1st i was told that was an error on my online account , i was then told there was £35 owed on each phone which i wanted to pay but they said they were having a problem with th system and couldn't take my payment. Ive called back to pay and been told completely different amounts again.I have spent a total of 1 hr and 30 mins on the phone and still haven't managed to cancel my account as im being told conflicting amounts each tome .First owe nothing then £35 each and now larger amounts and no one seems to know what they are doing all i want to do is cancel the phones has anyone got a number in uk or email address please help im at my wits end
