Unable to log on to my account. When going through the recovery process. it says it will email me a code which I don't get.
I can see there are a number of people with the same issue. Can someone help please?
Please don't just recreate my account though, CS did this and ran into the same problem.

I am really sorry to hear that you're unable to access your account. I am assuming you're referring to My Virgin Media?

This is now working. Eventually all the emails that should have come through from Virgin, did, so they were queued or blocked somewhere. Perhaps blacklisted by Microsoft or hadn't left Virgin's servers.
I've now registered for Virgin Mobile successfully and set my security question.
