Signed up for virgin media account and got a sim card with it that I installed on my mobile. Wanted to port my number, but am unable to do this without providing customer service rep with security info.
However, I can't pass the verbal security check because I never set up a password. Came here to the website to create a password, but am unable to register because I don't have a password.
