I have tried sporadically for months to cancel my Virgin Mobile UK contract. I moved to the U.S. some time ago and do not use the phone at all. I can't log on to my account, can't ever reach a person to help on the webchat after several attempts and hours waiting, have had no response to email through Virgin Mobile web site or by filing a complaint through the website. Any suggestions? Can I simply end my direct debit and that will cancel it? I do not need to port the number or anything like that, just want to cancel and stop paying. Thanks.

I can appreciate it must be difficult to try and action whilst you're not in the country. We wouldn't normally help with cancellations on the forums - but in this case I feel like you need a hand in going so. I will send you over a private message so that I can help here.
