Can someone help me regarding a historical virgin mobile debt please?

I was wondering if someone can help me please. I have a historical virgin mobile debt showing on my credit file from 2011, I am struggling to speak to an actual person at Virgin, could someone please point me in the right direction, or even help me with this issue, as it is destroying my credit score & chances of being approved for a mortgage.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am sorry to hear you have discovered an owing balance on a previous account, I appreciate this must be concerning. 

I would be happy to try and locate the amount and offer some clarity into what has happened but I will need to gather some information first. To do this, I will pop you over a private message and this will be available via the purple envelope on the to right of this page.
